Why Unruly?
Because most of us have been trying to live by the rules for most of our lives...
We always have to be productive. We have to manage life at home as well as careers as well as looking good as well as never complaining as well as not being too bossy or too loud or too quiet or too needy or...
And where has that gotten us?
So many of us are:
- Burned out
- Exhausted
- Feeling unfulfilled
- Unhealthy, with no energy
- Not sleeping
- Dreaming of being in other places
- Feeling trapped/stuck
- Dreading Mondays
- Pushing snooze 30 times to avoid starting the day
- Detaching from the world (and relationships) via books (me!) or Netflix...
Need I go on?
Here's the thing.
FUCK THE RULES.
It's time to reconnect with yourself.
It's time to throw the rule book out the window and reconnect with who YOU are and what YOU need.
Who is this retreat for?
The woman who feels there's more to life, who is ready to discover what else is possible and what YOU are truly capable of creating in your life.
The woman who is ready to lean into what you truly desire.
The woman who is truly ready to step into her power, to learn how much power she has to create the life she wants, and would like community and/or support on this journey. (You do NOT have to do this alone!)
What will the retreat be about?
The purpose of the Unruly Retreat is to help you connect with yourself at a deeper level than ever before, to lean into both what you truly desire and also what you truly need. The official itinerary is built off of the needs of the actual participants, so it will be determined as we get closer to the retreat.
However, the retreat includes a combination of conversations, mindset work, healing, laughs (although ALL emotions are welcome!), adventures, both social and alone time, and whatever else we decide based on the individual participants!
Exact location TBD but will be in the Sedona area. Exact schedule will be announced as we get closer to the event but plan on afternoon/evening of the 20th through morning of the 22nd.
Investment includes the retreat and any materials. Hotel and transportation are separate (but we will have a group rate at the hotel where the retreat is taking place).
Due to the nature of retreats (deposits, etc), please note that no refunds are available. However, we will happily refund your investment or apply it to a future event if we have to cancel the retreat for any reason on our end.
